credativ pre-paid Open Source Support Card leads the market

Rugby, 23 March 2010 – credativ UK joins its German counterpart in offering the Open Source Support Card for Linux distributions.
Today, credativ is launching its unique pre-paid Open Source Support Card. Businesses using Linux distributions such as Debian and CentOS stand to benefit from expert support without being tied into a contract, in contrast to other commercial Linux support vendors.
Some of the advantages of the Linux Support Card include:
- Freedom: As no contract is required, the number of support hours needed can be directly added to the card – enabling complete control over costs.
- Flexibility: Support credit can be redeemed against any number of Linux servers and desktops, as well as additional services such as training and consultancy.

Pricing will start at £480 (exc. VAT) and provide customers with direct access to our team of experienced 3rd level support engineers. credativ pre-paid Support Cards will initially be available for Debian and CentOS but will cover other popular Open Source platforms and applications over
the coming months.
